BCCR automatic exchange rate, your way
Turn the official BCCR exchange rate for your dollar payments on or off, and choose whether to apply the buy, sell, or average rate — from Settings → Currencies.
If your business accepts dollars, you now control the automatic exchange rate from Settings → Currencies.
- It updates automatically every day with the official rate from the Banco Central de Costa Rica.
- Choose which rate to apply: buy, sell, or the average. It defaults to buy, the recommended one for the dollar cash you receive.
- Prefer to set the rates yourself? Turn the automatic rate off and enter them manually.
