Delegate Credit and Courtesies, and compare roles at a glance
Access to Credit and to the Courtesies reports is no longer owner-only: they're now permissions you assign to your roles. And the Roles tab compares them side by side.
Fewer bottlenecks: two areas that used to be owner-only can now be delegated to your managers or other roles.
Credit and Courtesies, now delegable
- Credit: you can grant access to view or manage credit accounts without having to make the person an owner.
- Courtesies: the per-branch courtesies report can now be granted to whoever keeps track of it, with per-branch permission.
By default they’re assigned to Owner and Manager, and you adjust them from the roles matrix.
Roles side by side
The Roles tab was redesigned into a comparison table: each role —Owner, Manager, Chef— is a column and each permission a row, with a ✓ or a — so you can see who can do what at a glance. From each role’s header you can open the list of people assigned to it.
