A clearer message when trying to delete a table with sales, and a fix for creating tables and prep areas.
Details that polish the everyday:
- Deleting a table with history now warns you clearly. If the table has recorded sales, instead of a confusing error we explain that you should deactivate it to retire it from order-taking without losing its sales history.
- We fixed creating tables and preparation areas, which in some cases failed to save.
