Export your Sales and Guests to Excel or CSV
Download the full list —with whatever filters you have applied— or just the current page, as Excel or CSV, choosing which columns to include.
The Sales and Guests screens now have an Export button, right next to the refresh control. One click takes the data to your computer to work with however you like.
You choose what to download
- Format: Excel (
.xlsx) or CSV. - Scope: the whole list with your current filters, or just the page you’re viewing (we show you the row count for each).
- Columns: pick the ones you care about; the more advanced ones are off by default so the file stays clean.
A summary included
In Excel you can add a summary sheet with totals and breakdowns —by status, order type, and payment method for Sales; by country and gender for Guests— ready to review at a glance.
The CSV comes with amounts as plain numbers, ready to re-import into another accounting tool.
