Charge your staff's internal-account consumption, protected

The account owner's PIN is now requested when you assign the account to the ticket, not at the end: you charge while the staff member is present, and the ticket locks so nobody can add to it afterward.

Before, the internal-account PIN was requested at payment time, at the end. The typical problem: a staff member —or an owner— would eat on their internal consumption account and leave without waiting to close. By closing time they were gone, and only they knew their PIN. The account got stuck.

Now the PIN is requested upfront, when you assign the account to the ticket:

  • You charge while the staff member is present and authorizes with their PIN — you’re not stuck once they’ve left.
  • As soon as the account is assigned, the ticket locks: no more items, discounts, or courtesies can be added. A lock badge appears.
  • To modify it, you must void the payment first.

This way nobody adds consumption “behind their back” after it’s authorized, without their consent.
